Shipping Policy
Most orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days after we receive payment. This processing time is in addition to estimated shipping method selected at check out.

Return Requirements
Unused seed can be returned within 20 days of original purchase date, with proof of purchase and in the original sealed bag, for a full refund to your original method of payment. The unopened seed must be returned in the condition you received it and in the original bag(s) with the seed tags still attached.

We will not accept the return of opened seed bags, bags that are returned and are no longer the original weight on the tag, or that have had the tags removed.

Proof of purchase includes an order number or a screenshot of the order confirmation email.

Return Process
Please email wildlandseedco@gmail.com to start your return. We offer free returns due to damage, incorrect items, or other errors. For all other return reasons, the cost of shipping the return will be deducted from your refund amount.

The return must be in transit within 20 days of the date of the original purchase. If the return is not shipped within 20 days, it will not be accepted. Take the time to package your returns carefully. It’s your responsibility to pay costs related to the repair of returned items damaged during shipping due to improper packaging.

Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used to place the order. If the original method of payment is unavailable, we will issue your refund in the form of store credit.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, follow the instructions above for returning your original purchase then place a new order. Immediately placing a new order ensures that you’ll get the new product quickly and that it won’t go out of stock while you wait for an exchange.
